On Friday October 9th beginning at 5pm, we will be upgrading all ArcServer client’s GIS software. ArcServer GIS applications will be unavailable during the upgrade which is expected to take most of the evening. Additionally, GIS may be periodically unavailable throughout the weekend of October 9th while making finishing touches.
This upgrade addresses some minor bugs and introduces the long awaited “Buffer” and “Identifiable Layers” features to your HTML5 map. Tutorials on the use of these tools will be posted next week on this blog for #TipTuesday. So stay tuned!
As always, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you would like more information or have any concerns. We like hearing from you!
Note: If you are having trouble accessing your GIS after the upgrade, try clearing your cache. If that doesn’t work, give us a call and we’ll work with you to find a resolution.
